Last week from 01.06.23 – 03.06.23 it was time again for a personal meeting within Es-geht!. This time we met for a Working Meeting on site in Regensburg. 💧🏰🥸

We used the three days from Thursday to Saturday to be productive, but also for team building. Because as you probably know, we all normally work purely from our home offices. Unless we are visiting customers or are on the road for projects. So it’s very important to strengthen our team spirit as well. 👨🏻‍🤝‍👨🏽👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏻

Official Part

For the official working part of our Working Meeting in Regensburg, we decided on a slightly different procedure this time, because we wanted to focus on day-to-day business and collaboration. So far, we have mainly discussed strategic matters, but we realized that we now have many assignments that require face-to-face collaboration in order to move forward efficiently and clearly. Therefore, while we naturally followed our agenda, the goal was rather to develop targeted and collaborative solutions or results in several break-out sessions. We benefited from our special location in the hotel with a beautiful garden – special thanks to the team of the Green Spirit Hotel at this point, who made our meeting quite wonderful. 🌳

Strategic topics were of course also discussed, but this time they were given a more secondary character. This allowed us to make great progress in different groups on different topics – also with the people who joined online of course. 💡👏

Unofficial Part

During the unofficial part, of course, there was again delicious food – once Bavarian, the second time there were tapas. 🍽️
Due to the fact that our team is spread all over Germany, we have set ourselves the goal to always hold our Working Meetings at a different person of our staff in order to get to know the respective city and the life of our colleagues a little bit. That’s why in Regensburg – a city that experienced its heyday particularly in the early Middle Ages – there was of course a guided tour of the city; this time on the subject of fringe groups such as hangmen, strumpets and servants. If you are ever in Regensburg yourself, you should definitely book one of the numerous city tours with the Stadtmaus. In addition, there were impressions from our colleague Sophia Rohbogner, who lives locally.

Thus, we look back on a successful Working Meeting and move strengthened into the next phase of home office work.

Your Es-geht! Team
