We are pleased to announce that we will be participating in the Gender Equality Peer Learning Group next year. The Peer Learning Group is an offer from the UN Global Compact Germany and will allow us to get input from other participants on their approach to achieving gender equality in their organisation.
Our team, consisting of Lisa Ben Baruch and Sophia Rohbogner, will therefore participate in various dates in the coming year 2023 in order to exchange with others. This includes an introductory event and several seminars that take place throughout the year and in which participation is mandatory.
We hope that this will provide us with important and advancing information on gender equality, so that we can work even harder for gender equality in our company and advise our customers in this regard. After all, we are currently working on a gender equality plan for our long-term business partner, SWW Wunsiedel GmbH. And as we all know, no master has fallen from the sky.
We are motivated to learn even more and to work towards the title of master. We will of course keep you informed about the progress and the inputs and outputs of the coming year.
