Every year in September, (almost) the entire Es Geht! team meets up in Zillertal in Austria to work together, develop strategies, discuss important issues face to face and bring all employees up to date on all topics. In addition to the professional aspects, we also use the time every year to enjoy a spa, feast, play games and go on hikes together, which strengthens our team spirit and is incredibly important for team building, especially with our exceptionally high amount of remote work.
Whilst last year at the same time we were warming up in the sun, this year we were completely snowed in! But that didn’t get us down, some of us were even happy to throw themselves into the snow after the sauna and we enjoyed it just as much as the last few years.
With renewed motivation, we are now all back at our home offices and can look back on a great weekend. Here are a few impressions:
